How To Join

How to  JoinHillcrest Country Club is always glad to receive new members, though new applicants must be referred to by two different stock-holding members. Applications can be picked up in the business office, faxed, emailed or delivered by a current Hillcrest club member. Upon receipt of a new application and initiation fee, before the application is submitted to the Board, a simple background check is conducted on behalf of those requesting membership.How  to Join

Once a new member is approved and welcomed into the Hillcrest Country Club, an orientation meeting is arranged. During this meeting, the Hillcrest Manager escorts the new member throughout the entire facility, explaining events and upcoming activities and answering any questions that may remain. The new Member then receives a membership card, event calendars, club by-laws and rules and membership rosters, and becomes an official part of the Hillcrest Country Club.
