Guest Standards

All guests must register to the appropriate areas uponarrival (golf shop, tennis shop, front desk or swim staff).  Hillcrest is a no tipping facility.  The use of cell phone devices are permitted on property, but members and their guests are asked to use discretion when using these devices.  Smoking is prohibited inside the Clubhouse, and only permitted in certain outdoor locations.

Dress Code

Members, their families and guests shall wear attire appropriate to the area of the Club in use. Management has the responsibility of properly enforcing the following standards:

General

Cut-offs are not acceptable in any area. Tank tops, halter tops and so called short shorts are only acceptable in the pool area. Baseball caps, golf caps or other sport caps are not allowed in the Upstairs Dining Room, or Cocktail Lounge, except as warranted by a specific club function.

Clubhouse

Male members and guests shall wear collared shirts, or designer equivalents, or slacks. Female members and guests shall wear similarly appropriate attire, such as dresses, skirts, blouses, slacks or pants suits. Blue jeans and hemmed shorts are acceptable attire except during Sunday Brunch.

Golf Course

Men shall wear collared shirts or designer equivalents. Shirts are to be tucked in. Blue jeans of any type are not acceptable except for children high school age and younger. When Daylight Savings Time is Not in effect (winter), blue jeans may be worn by adults.

Swimming Pool

Swimmers, both members and guests, shall wear appropriate swim attire (bathing suits, swim shorts, etc) Spectators may wear a wide range of casual and comfortable clothing. Tennis Courts: Tennis attire shall be worn for play, and shirts must be worn at all times. Swimsuits, basketball and street shoes are prohibited.Spectators on the courts must wear tennis or soft-soled shoes.
